The Cape Private Pool Villa Marbella

For families/family in a quiet environment. The Cape is a residence located in Cabopino, in Marbella. One of the most beautiful corners of the Costa del Sol and close to a sandy beach and restaurants (1 km).

Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive away. The house has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The house also includes a private swimming pool, three large terraces and a garden.

On the first floor there is a kitchen with all necessities. There is also a dining area that is open to the living room, followed by a large terrace. On the ground floor there is a main terrace with a private swimming pool.Adjacent to this terrace there are two bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms that have a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms also have a double bed. The top floor leads to a third bedroom, with a fantastic en-suite bathroom and freestanding bath overlooking the roof terrace. This roof terrace also has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Furthermore, the house contains a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer and a separate guest toilet. 175m2 indoor space and 175m2 outdoor space.

Located at The Cape is the beautiful sandy beach Playa de Cabopino. This is one kilometer away. There are several restaurants and bars on this beach. There is also a harbor, with all kinds of cozy restaurants.There are also wooden paths at the beach, so that it is possible to take beautiful walks.

There are two private parking spaces directly outside the townhouse.

Parties and loud music are prohibited. It's a quiet area.
